An Essential Task
It is a blessing for a church when men who have the skills needed to maintain the buildings dedicate their talents to the Lord and serve him in that capacity.
We are very blessed at People's Church to have three men who lead this ministry of Building Maintenance.
Sometimes that means fixing a water leak or repairing an electrical outlet, or repairing an air conditioner, or clearing the sidewalks after a fresh snow. It could be even more involved such as redoing a complete classroom.
John Womack, Ed Brown, Ed Kuntz, and Dudley Ehrenreich faithfully serve us with the talents the Lord has given them. They do their work as unto the Lord.
This is an area where you can put your talents to good use and see something significant accomplished at the same time. Our men enjoy the work and the fellowship while maintaining our buildings.
